During the first 6 months, the position is fully on-site at our Bucharest office, with a weekly rotating schedule: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00, 09:00 -18:00 or 10:00–19:00. After the first 6 months, the role will transition to a hybrid work model.
Skills that make your work successful:
- Good knowledge of English & Polish, C1 level;
- Previous experience of 1–3 years in quality assurance, process auditing, or customer service roles is required;
- Bachelor's degree - mandatory requirement;
- Good communication skills, oriented and analytical skills;
- Confident, positive, hardworking, high motivation and ability to learn.

Quality Auditing Analyst
- As a Quality Auditing Analyst, you will monitor and ensure the quality of customer service processes, with a focus on live call auditing (100% call-related);
- Audit live calls for grammar accuracy and process compliance;
- Conduct regular process audits aligned with client and global standards;
- Analyze performance data and provide quality reports;
- Join calibration sessions with clients and internal teams;
- Handle quality-related escalations and propose corrective actions;
- Act as a point of contact for updates on policies and procedures;
- Support compliance with audit and certification requirements.
Customer Officer
- Receives and logs internal and/or external customer problem/request/issue and ensures proper documentation ;
- Performs customer request/problem identification and follows defined procedures to resolve correctly;
- Documents troubleshooting efforts and customer information in data capture tool and when required, transfers call or promptly notifies responsible party for resolution;
- Performs incident notification and escalation to ensure problems/requests/issues are communicated effectively and receive proper management attention ;
- Develops and maintains knowledge of customer and customer specific business environment;
- Develops and maintains an understanding of customer Service Level Agreements and department’s key performance requirements;
- Develops and maintains product knowledge, industry knowledge, and business and professional skills by participating in on-the-job training and classroom training;
- Shares information required for the team to be successful ;
- Demonstrates understanding of the customer’s business needs and maintains high customer satisfaction ratings;
- Develops and maintains knowledge of order entry, incident management and knowledge management tools, client information systems, and service desk procedures ;
- Seeks opportunities to improve knowledge, skills, and performance by reviewing knowledge base content, practicing skills and being receptive to coaching and constructive feedback.
