-Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email
-Provide product guidance, setup support, activation assistance, and troubleshooting
-Resolve standard customer complaints according to approved procedures
-Manage cases end-to-end until resolution or formal escalation
-Perform advanced troubleshooting using internal tools and knowledge bases
-Collaborate with technical and back-office teams to resolve complex issues
-Follow up with customers until final confirmation and case closure
-Ensure escalations include complete documentation and clear case summaries
-Support the team with escalations and unresolved troubleshooting cases
