Join our team if you:

  • are passionate about technology and how it shapes people’s lives and the way we work;
  • are familiar with remote working and communication tools, such as Skype, TeamViewer and online/ cloud CRM solutions;
  • have good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products;
  • are spontaneous, creative, always looking for better ways to get things done;
  • are patient and determined not to take no for an answer;
  • have excellent problem-solving and communication skills;
  • have ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • are fluent in English. Polish, Portuguese or German;

Descrierea jobului

Your role will be:

  • Taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution
  • Ask customers targeted questions to quickly understand the root of the problem
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions to resolve system issues
  • Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
  • Test the issue on devices and properly escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams (e.g. software developers)
  • Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
  • Refer to internal database or external resources to provide accurate tech solutions
  • Ensure all issues are properly logged
  • Prioritize and manage several open issues at one time
  • Follow up with clients to ensure their web or mobile app are fully functional after troubleshooting
  • Prepare accurate and timely reports
  • Document technical knowledge in the form of notes and manuals
  • Maintain jovial relationships with clients
  • Motivate customer to refer our solution to other kindergartens/schools

Kinderpedia is an online platform for kindergartens and primary schools that allows parents to stay permanently connected with the the chlid’s primary caretakers. Kinderpedia is an online platform, also available as an app for parents and teachers (Android and iOS). It is a smart tool that helps teachers communicate more effectively with parents, keep an organized record of all important data about the child and a history of his activity. For the parent, the app is a window to the most relevant information on what the child did in kindergarten: if he ate, if he slept, if he was in good spirits, how he participated in the daily activities etc. Last but not least, the platform is very useful for kindergarten managers because they may easily access customized reports, either regarding the activity of the staff or financial reports.
