- Excellent communication skills in both English and German – spoken and written
- High levels of empathy, emotional intelligence, and professionalism
- Prior experience in customer service, crisis handling, compliance, or reporting roles is a plus
- Availability to work night shifts is required

- Answer inbound calls from clients wishing to report sensitive incidents such as: Data breaches, Workplace misconduct or abuse, Fraud, Discrimination, Harassment or other ethical concerns
- Provide active listening, emotional support, and a calm, professional demeanor during calls
- Accurately document all relevant details during the call by drafting detailed written reports
- Review and correct all written reports to ensure they meet grammatical and spelling standards before submission
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Build and maintain a positive working relationship with customers and internal teams
