Required skills:
- Advanced English and Portuguese (spoken and written)
- Fast and accurate typing skills, especially during live client calls
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Prior experience in customer service or call center roles is a plus
- Attention to detail, professionalism, and problem-solving mindset
- Availability to work night shifts is required

- Follow internal procedures and quality standards
