This position combines a consultative, high-touch approach with data-driven insights to manage a large B2B customer base efficiently. You will be at the forefront of a program designed to provide tailored, outcome-based support to ensure our customers successfully utilize the full value of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Interventions: Focus your efforts on the highest-priority customers, particularly those showing signs of low activation or under-utilization.
• Customer Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact for at-risk customers, reaching out proactively via email and phone to initiate a dialogue.
• Discovery and Planning: Conduct virtual discovery meetings to understand the customer's specific challenges and articulate the importance of key features.
• Actionable Guidance: Develop and help execute prescriptive, outcome-based action plans tailored to each customer’s needs.
• Resource Coordination: Provide customers with relevant documentation and coordinate with internal technical experts for more in-depth support when required.
• Driving Adoption: Monitor customer utilization trends and follow up to ensure the agreed-upon goals are met and product adoption is successfully driven.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the Account Executive and other internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey
