Responsibilities:

Comprehensive service and constant contact with customers.
Service during the contract, including:
- Customer order handling.
- Registration of orders in the computer system.
- Logistic part. Initial analysis and determination of technical and timely execution of orders
customers . Preparing documentations, etc.
3 Receiving and processing complaints in cooperation with the complaint department from Poland.
4 Coordination of the warranty extension for photovoltaic products in cooperation with the Procurement in Poland.
Taking care of relationships with new and current customers.
Support for sales representatives in allocated area {Romania/Bulgaria].
Maintaining the customer base in the system.
Reporting the results.
Coordination of the order fulfillment process: payment, goods booking, logistics.
Cooperation with other departments of the company in the field of timely and comprehensive customer service.
Communication with local partners [Romania and in medium run Bulgaria]
Standard office related tasks and activities .in the office location from Bucharest

Location: Bucharest [downtown]-easy access to subway and surface transportation.
