Candidatul Ideal

Responsabilies:

• Handle envelopes with original papers (contracts, promissory notes) ;
• Mark as original contracts and promissory notes in local system;
• Follow up originals of contracts and promissory notes: calling daily suppliers to get originals;
• Prepare twice per week situations with contract's and PN's originals;
• Verify correctness of PN received per email/whatsup and address to treasury when professional support is needed;
• Prepare contracts for signature of authorized persons. Prepare contracts and PN to be returned to partners;
• Keep updated archive of contracts;
• Verify at Trade Register name of empowered person to sign contracts from third party;
• Other jobs related to upper.

Minimum Qualifications (required)

• 1+ years of experience in Customer Service and Support;
• Student / University degree.

Additional Qualifications
• Able to handle documents, responsible for originals, follow-up of documents;
• English language- at least medium level;
• High sense of responsibility;
• Good communication skills, customer oriented;
• Focus on solutions, problem solver;
• Excel medium level;
• Good organizational skills.
