Your Profile
- Good command of spoken and written English and French/Italian - minimum B2 level;
- The Baccalaureate diploma is mandatory as minimum studies requirement for employment;
- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service/Order Management;
- Solid understanding of O2C processes and international trade basics;
- SAP SD and MS Office proficiency;
- Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills;
- Ability to handle multiple priorities with a proactive approach.

- Serve as Subject Matter Expert and primary escalation point for complex orders, credit topics, and delivery issues;
- Handle advanced order validation, special commercial terms, and financial approvals;
- Coordinate priority deliveries with Logistics and resolve high-impact operational issues;
- Oversee documentation quality for complex transactions and ensure audit readiness;
- Monitor high-risk receivables and support Finance in resolving disputes;
- Lead stock analysis and align with Sales/SCM on inventory optimization.
