For one of our clients, a globally recognized leader in customer experience management and business process outsourcing (BPO), we are seeking a customer-centric and results-driven Customer Support Specialist with Italian and English.

This role is designed for a professional who will represent a premium, world-renowned brand in the home appliances industry, combining exceptional linguistic skills with the empathy and problem-solving abilities required to deliver high-end customer service.

Requirements:
  • Native or near-native communication skills in Italian (C1) and confident business proficiency in English (B2), both written and spoken;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an articulate, polite, and professional phone etiquette;
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence to handle diverse customer situations calmly and structured;
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to identify customer needs and comfortably support soft-upselling activities (warranty extensions);
  • Good digital proficiency, with the ability to multitask between omni-channel communication tools and internal CRM systems;
  • High level of responsibility, attention to detail, and a strong desire to develop a career within a global corporate structure.

Job Description


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full customer care cycle for Italian-speaking clients via omni-channel support: inbound and outbound calls, email, and WhatsApp;
  • Provide expert assistance and basic technical troubleshooting regarding premium home appliances, commercial details, and logistical inquiries;
  • Educate customers on product care and the value of extending their warranties, actively driving soft-upsell opportunities for protection plans;
  • Create, track, and accurately update customer service tickets within the internal database following every interaction;
  • Collaborate with team leaders and internal departments to consistently meet individual and project-specific performance metrics.
Working Hours:
  • Monday - Friday (09:00 - 18:00 / 10:00 - 19:00)
  • Full-time schedule, on-site in Iasi.
