To be considered for the role of Customer Service Representative, you must;
Speak advanced English and French - written and verbal
Any of the following would be of an advantage;
A good working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office package required
Have the ability to work under pressure whilst maintaining a polite and helpful approach at all times

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries by telephone and email. Unlike many other retailers; our client’s customer service staff deal with problems from end to end, so you will be required to multitask and balance a varied workload.
You will be tasked with;
Dealing and troubleshooting via the telephone and email, a large variety of complex customer inquiries and queries from start to finish efficiently, e.g.; processing customer product returns, faulty goods, tracking/tracing orders etc
Supporting the order processing staff and relaying customer requests
Work closely with the Ecommerce team to improve the customer experience by relaying customer feedback trends and insights
Help to maintain an industry leading customer feedback score of 9.6 stars out of 10
Working hours: 9am – 5pm (Sun – Thurs / Tues – Sat)
Salary: Depending on experience
