Job purpose:
Provides support to the commercial team regarding order status, logistic&transport planning, pre-sales sampling, complaints handling and invoicing. He/she is in close contact with the Account Managers and with the customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree
- Excellent in writing and speaking in English
- Excellent understanding and ability to work with an ERP (SAP and/or Navision)
- Ability to work with Microsoft Office (outlook, word and excel)
- Commercial thinking
- Used to cope with stressful situations and short deadlines
- Attention to detail, structured thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, patience, calmness, and a strong customer support orientation
- Willingness to learn new things and a high degree of autonomy in daily work

Responsibilities:
- Daily management of Sales Orders
- Price control on invoices vs orders
- Continuous contact with sales managers and customers
- Managing changes on delivery timing to customers together with the Sales Manager
- Managing price control: check invoiced price validity in Commercial program
- Sampling management: collecting, filling and managing samples based on correctly filled in Sample Request Forms
- Other administrative support of Sales Director and Back Office colleagues
- Collaborates with the Planning, Warehouse, and Transport departments to facilitate order processing and delivery
- Collaborates with Sales to ensure accurate and swift follow-up on actions, support and assist the account managers to make timely the monthly reforecast and accurate budget
- Records customer complaints in SAP and follows up on the process until resolution
- Improve commercial position by building strong customer/supplier relationships, manage customers through cross-functional approach to deliver agreed customer/supplier requirement, manage after sales activities to meet agreed targets.
