Customer Service Professional with German

• A degree in Economics, Business, or Technical studies is a plus
• Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales-related roles
• Proficient in German and English
• Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office; TEAMS (incl. Planner), intermediate
• Excel knowledge required
• Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage
• Open mindset toward process improvements and innovation
• Strong analytical skills and a fact-based, detail-oriented approach
• High level of motivation and an open, transparent communication style
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude

• Manage customer interactions related to service and repair orders, order confirmations, and order status updates
• Process standard and moderately complex quotes and orders with accuracy and efficiency
• Coordinate with suppliers by sending purchase orders and updating delivery timelines
• Perform proactive follow-ups with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations
• Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to address and resolve service-related challenges
• Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate customer and order records
• Register tickets for pre-sales and sales-related subprocesses to support internal workflows
• Provide basic administrative support for handling customer claims
• Serve as a back-up for colleagues during absences, ensuring continuity of service
• Offer support to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment
• Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet service deadlines
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service processes and standards
