Main purpose of the job:
- Provide warm, friendly, and personalized inbound customer service to our B2B customers and partners
- Work Channels: Calls, Emails & Chat
- Schedule: Monday - Friday: in 2 shifts 8-16 CET or 12-20 CET (by ratation),

- Advanced command of German and English (both spoken and written - B2/C1)
- Great communication, strong listening & problem-solving abilities
- Positive & team player attitude, customer centricity & accuracy
