Candidatul Ideal
In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional end-to-end customer service as the first point of contact for all enquiries. You will own the resolution or escalation of customer issues to ensure total satisfaction while meeting performance metrics and service level agreements (SLAs).
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience: Sound experience in a contact center, customer services environment, or administrative background.
- Technical Knowledge: Computer literacy in Microsoft Office or G Suite, with a basic level of technological understanding.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and oral communication skills in French and English (B2+ level)
- Core Behaviors: A "customer-first" mindset, a high degree of integrity, and the ability to take personal ownership of customer issues until resolution.

- Customer Support & Issue Resolution – Answer incoming telephone and email enquiries, providing prompt information about services and processing customer requests.
- Issue Ownership – Use critical thinking to identify solutions and aim for first-contact resolution for all Iron Mountain products.
- Collaboration & Case Management – Liaise with internal departments (Operations, IT, Sales) and other Customer Excellence teams to resolve complex queries regarding invoices, orders, and inventory.
- Compliance & Process Improvement – Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Iron Mountain processes and procedures while actively seeking ways to improve quality of service and reduce costs.
