Customer Engagement Specialist (Oncology)

University degree, preferably in a pharmaceutical or medical field, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry;
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills across all levels;
Aligned with DSO behaviors, including outcome focus, collaboration, accountability, customer co-creation, and continuous learning;
Fluent in the local language and proficient in English (written and spoken);
Willingness to travel (covering MS, BV, SB, HG, CV ) and valid Category B driver’s license.

Advocate for the needs of healthcare professionals and patients by promoting solutions and resources that address challenges and improve patient outcomes;
Gather and analyze field feedback and insights, communicating opportunities for improvement to internal stakeholders and supporting co-creation initiatives;
Drive the implementation of company strategy in the field by translating analyses and opportunities into actionable plans with measurable results;
Leverage digital tools and data-driven insights to deliver a holistic customer experience and enhance customer satisfaction;
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and thought leaders within the assigned territory;
Participate in congresses, conferences, and educational initiatives to raise awareness and promote healthcare solutions;
Own and manage the assigned territory, focusing on outcome-driven initiatives to achieve objectives and key performance indicators within the allocated budget;
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of portfolio products and therapeutic areas by actively participating in training programs, workshops, and peer-to-peer learning sessions;
Ensure full compliance with ethical standards, company policies, local laws, and health and safety procedures in all internal and external interactions.
