Previous Customer Care experience will be a plus

You’ll be part of a dynamic, creative and supportive team, working together in our quest for client satisfaction.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Answering incoming calls & emails from customers, supporting them from booking enquiry through check-out phase
Completing customer verification and validation of bookings
Achieving productivity KPIs whilst maintaining excellent quality of work
Diagnosing issues smartly and quickly, providing the best solution for customers
