Telephone consultant - Customer Care in our company AlmavivA Services.
Currently we are seeking to recruit English speaking candidates with excellent command of spoken and written English (C1) to join our Customer Experience center in Iasi.
We want to specify that in the beginning the time program will be the night shift (22:00 – 10:00 local time) from Monday to Sunday; and in the near future it may extend to 24 hours a day.
You’ll be part of a dynamic, creative and supportive team (GEX Team), working together in our quest for client satisfaction.
