Available to work for one month determined contract, with possibility to extend for another month
French language- Advanced level
Excellent communication skills
Experience in customer support/customer care/client oriented jobs

Bachelor's Degree or High School diploma
Ability to work in shifts (Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00; 11:00-20:00)
Solving client's requests via phone/ e-mail/ chat/ in a friendly and professional way;
Providing solutions regarding order and delivery issues for fashion brands;
Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch;
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand;
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent, like every superhero should;
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills with highest attention to detail;
Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service.
