Job responsibilities

• Handling reservations requests made through Tale-Travel system;
• Operating Tale-Travel reservations system for new bookings if required;
• Reconfirming requests; handling changes, cancellations, refund requests, online payment assistance, offline requests, clients’ problem solving and complaints;
• Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from B2B customers;
• Following up of open cases and requests;
• Monitoring all booking statuses in the internal reservations system;
• Informing hotels and suppliers about special requests;
• Reporting technical issues to our IT department ;
• Liaising with the sales team in order to have a better understanding about the customers’ needs and increase customers’ satisfaction;
• Answering urgent requests on the emergency line-afterhours rotation between team members;
• Any other responsibility that falls under Customer Care Agent responsibilities;
