Job responsibilities
- Handling reservations requests made through Tale-Travel system;
- Operating Tale-Travel reservations system for new bookings if required;
- Reconfirming requests; handling changes, cancellations, refund requests, online payment assistance, offline requests, clients’ problem solving and complaints;
- Answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from B2B customers;
- Following up of open cases and requests;
- Monitoring all booking statuses in the internal reservations system;
- Informing hotels and suppliers about special requests;
- Reporting technical issues to our IT department ;
- Liaising with the sales team in order to have a better understanding about the customers’ needs and increase customers’ satisfaction;
- Answering urgent requests on the emergency line-afterhours rotation between team members;
- Any other responsibility that falls under Customer Care Agent responsibilities;
