- Host engaging presentations, briefings, and entertainment for up to 180 guests
- Be the go-to expert on destinations, excursions, and cruise itineraries
- Create a lively atmosphere with quizzes, trivia, and light entertainment
- Ensure seamless coordination with onboard departments for a flawless guest experience
- Bilingual proficiency in German & English
- Experience in a similar guest-facing role
- A pleasant, energetic demeanor and public speaking skills
- Ability to handle diverse cultures and situations with ease

Responsibilities:
- act as main host of the cruise and take responsibility for all guest-related topics
- create cruise plans and daily programs
- hold embarkation and disembarkation briefings, informative talks and live presentations for up to 180 guests
- offer light entertainment options and present fun quizzes and trivia games in the evenings
- take excursion bookings and confirm buses and tour guides
- create a pleasant, lively and friendly environment on board
- liaise with Heads of Department and Senior management on board
- rotate between various itineraries and ships with different procedures, personnel and management when necessary
- welcoming onboarding program and job trainings
