Creative Concept Architect

• Degree in Architecture, with a solid academic foundation and professional accreditation;
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in architectural practice, with a strong focus on design & build projects;
• Proven expertise in interior design, with the ability to translate creative concepts into functional, cohesive environments;
• Advanced proficiency in Archicad, SketchUp, and 3ds Max, used confidently across concept development and detailed design stages;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated experience in client interaction, concept presentation, and design storytelling;
• In-depth knowledge of interior architecture materials, furniture systems, and construction methodologies;
• Previous exposure to office design projects and/or workplace consultancy is considered a strong advantage;
• A collaborative, team-oriented mindset combined with a positive, solution-driven attitude;
• A consistent drive to deliver excellence and uphold the highest professional standards;
• Creative, proactive, and bold in exploring innovative ideas and unconventional design solutions;
• Strong commitment to best practices, design integrity, and continuous professional growth;

• Advanced level of English proficiency, both written and spoken, required for professional and client-facing communication;
• A valid Category B driving license is considered a plus.

• Lead the conceptual design phase by translating client briefs, ambitions, and business objectives into compelling architectural narratives and design concepts;
• Interpret client needs alongside spatial opportunities and technical constraints, transforming them into innovative, ergonomic, and well-balanced space-planning solutions;
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams — including engineers, interior designers, and project managers — to ensure a coherent and integrated project approach;
• Work in tandem with internal project management teams and coordinating technical architects to develop design concepts that are both visionary and technically feasible;
• Clearly articulate and present all aspects of the design concept to client stakeholders, guiding them through the design journey and managing the project through to delivery;
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of the European furniture, lighting, and décor brands landscape, leveraging this knowledge to enrich design proposals;
• Continuously monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices, thoughtfully integrating them into ongoing and future projects;
• Develop, refine, and communicate architectural concepts through high-quality 3D models, visualizations, and renderings that support decision-making and storytelling.
