Candidatul Ideal

We are looking for a reliable candidate to start this new team of contract renewals.
As this is a new team, you will be part of it from the beginning and could be a potential fit to lead the team later.

1. Education

University Degree level or equivalent (Engineering preferred)
A postgraduate Qualification is advantageous

2. Work Experience

Technical Sales background or Technical telephone support background
2+ years’ experience in selling contract support agreements and services for software applications
Ability to manage multiple accounts and track information accurately
Thorough knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce CRM) is preferred
Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset but not mandatory. (French, German & Russian)

1. Purpose of the Job

As a Contract Renewals Specialist, you will work with our clients and internal partners to ensure successful retention of existing client contracts while always looking at expanding the scope.
The role disseminates key messages, initiatives, and information on the value Honeywell brings to assigned customers, opportunities, and solutions.
The objective of the holder of this position is to proactively initiate renewal conversations with Honeywell clients prior to their contract expiration dates. You will be generating renewal quotes, updating contract terms and obtaining valid purchase orders while ensuring timely completion and finalization of all contract renewals.

2. Principal Responsibilities

Act as owner of the entire renewal process for assigned customers
Provide quotations and proposals for renewal of Honeywell Connected Plant periodic contracts in a timely manner
Provide quotations for renewal of periodic software license renewals in a timely manner
Facilitate calls with clients as needed to support the renewal process while responding to their enquiries by phone and/or e-mail.
Identify clients’ needs and opportunities for improvement in services prior to and during the renewal process with the main purpose of upselling services and multi-year agreements
Maintain an accurate Service Bank and an accurate pipeline
Utilize SalesForce.com for sales opportunities, tracking and forecasting while maintaining accurate and detailed notes for all renewal progression.
Providing an accurate forecast of all contract renewals within assigned territory.
Grow the Honeywell Service Bank by proactively search for new customers to be (re)enrolled into a support contract agreement and/or new upsell/cross sell opportunities within the existing contracts.

Work with Regional Service Leaders, Regional Sales Managers and Pricing & Estimation team to provide estimates & proposals for periodic contracts and for Connected scope (Upsell/Cross Sell)
Perform periodic customer courtesy calls – provide details about of latest offerings, latest software release for the product they are using but with the main scope of making sure that the customer is allocating budget for renewing the support for the upcoming period and that we can expand our offering at those selected customers allocated

3. Location of the Job
At Honeywell premises till you get to know your daily activities and team, then it can be shifted to your Remote location if needed.
