About this job: The Accountant role is responsible for bookkeeping of transactions in group accounts for Eastern countries (Poland & Romania) and for performance of controls and reporting on the transactions booked.

Contractual terms:
  • temporary agency managed employment contract
  • duration: 6 months project
  • full-time, 40h, Monday to Friday
  • teleworking activity - possible, within internal Teleworking Procedure terms & conditions

  • Maintains accurate and up to date records of all business transactions in line with accounting rules, fiscal legislation and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage the flow of incoming invoices: suppliers, employee’s expenses and Interco billings
  • Process the invoices into the system according to agreed procedures and ensures appropriate matching with POs
  • IC: invoice booking, statements signed and organisation of Settlements
  • Expense reports from employees - receive, check and process into the system
  • Prepare payment plan as per the requested periodicity and request the proper approvals
  • Monthly justification of AP subledger with explanation on unallocated payments, Debit balances and overdues
  • Preparation of the accruals overview, ageing analysis and other similar reports
  • Monthly suppliers’ statements obtained for a selection of suppliers
  • Activates new assets and capitalize enhancements, mobilization costs, WIP etc
  • Performs monthly, quarterly and year-end closing according to local and group procedures and deadlines
  • Ensures proper analysis and justification of P&L and balance sheet accounts every month
  • Assist the Accounting Supervisor with the monthly Balance sheet and SAF files reconciliations according to Group rules
  • Produces weekly cash forecast and payment plan
  • Make the payments in accordance with the payment plan and agreed frequency
  • Allocate payments and cash incomings in the system
Credit Control
  • Perform Credit Control activities in line with group instructions and procedures ensuring effectiveness and efficiency and best practices are met
  • Preparing compensation orders with third parties
  • Dealing with D&B surveys and reviewing and defining credit limit and payment terms, block inactive customers
  • Review the rating of customers based on their financial statements, credit agencies, any news in the local press etc
  • Active approach for cash collections through direct phoning and letters to clients
  • Dealing with customer enquiries & resolving disputes in a proactive manner
  • Maintain Disputes file and any other CC group reporting
  • Responsible for reconciling customers statements
  • Instruction to accountants for allocation of payments received
  • Monthly reports on sales ledger: explanations on overdues, credit limits and credit balances

  • Assistance with internal/ external audit requirements
  • Develops best practice in use of ERP, reporting and business information tools
  • Follow any existing and new legislative requirements and keep bookkeeping in line with these
  • Ensure support to the Accounting Supervisor in preparing timely tax returns and payments of taxes, Transfer Pricing file, Intrastat
  • Assist with the preparation of other mandatory reports (Statistics, National bank, Group reports etc)
  • Maintains effectiveness and efficiency of the system of internal controls and improve internal policies and procedures, finance KPIs
  • Ensure backup of the accountant in charge of other countries in EE (RO & PL)
  • Any other duties considered essential for effective operations and services of the Financial Department

Inchiriem echipamentele Aggreko catre clienti, iar acestia le utilizeaza in functie de nevoi. Livram proiecte energetice la cheie cu durata de viata medie si pe termen lung, prin instalarea si exploatarea unor centrale electrice.

In ambele cazuri, echipa Aggreko asigura service-ul si intretinerea echipamentelor.

Proiectele noastre variaza in complexitate de la:

a furniza un generator timp de cateva zile catre un operator utilitar care intreprinde lucrari de mentenanta la liniile de transmisie a asigura controlul temperaturii intr-o cladire de birouri dupa defectarea sistemului de aer conditionat a instala echipamente speciale pentru producerea de gheata pentru patinoarele temporare

pana la:

a alimenta regiuni sau state intregi atunci cand reteaua electrica principala a fost distrusa in urma unor calamitati: Japonia, afectata de puternicul cutremur din 2010 a construi si a furniza o infrastructura energetica critica care sustine emisia televizata, iluminatul de siguranta si cel al terenului de joc pentru evenimente sportive majore, precum Jocurile Olimpice si Cupa Mondiala FIFA din 2014 ori Campionatul European de Fotbal 2016 a asigura permanenta activitatii rafinariilor de petrol, prin mentinerea productiei de combustibil pe vreme calda prin furnizarea de energie electrica si capacitate de racire suplimentara
