• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction site operations.
• Practical experience coordinating multiple subcontractors on medium or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, site logistics, sequencing, and quality control.
• Experience supervising daily construction activities and ensuring Health & Safety compliance.
• Experience working on hotels, residential, commercial, or mixed-use developments is a plus.
• Professional working proficiency in Romanian and English (Russian is a plus).

• Coordinate construction activities and ensure proper sequencing of works in line with the approved schedule.
• Monitor construction progress, site productivity, and compliance with project timelines, providing regular updates to the Project Manager.
• Ensure construction works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and Health & Safety requirements. The fulfillment of the site documents for the construction technical book.
• Coordinate site logistics, including material deliveries, equipment, and work areas.
• Inspect completed works, support work acceptance procedures, and monitor the timely resolution of defects and punch list items.
• Resolve day-to-day construction issues and escalate critical matters when required.
