As the Investor, we are looking for an engineer or architect to join our Cosmopolis Residentials construction team with the below requirements;
As the Investor, we are looking for an engineer or architect to join our Cosmopolis Residentials construction team with the below requirements;
- University degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of work experience at residential projects for architectural/finishing works (preferably, to have experience also for structural works is a plus but not compulsory)
- Good knowledge at AutoCAD and MS Office (excel and word)
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.

To coordinate, guide and follow the subcontractor’s teams, to check the quality of the works, to prepare/check the preliminary monthly interim payment certificates of subcontractors, to ensure that the materials are used correspondingly and not excessively, to follow that the works are done on time and within budget, to verify/check the drawings and to think of details of execution
