Compliance and Safety/Risk Associate - Remote Position

We are actively seeking a motivated and positive individual to join our Compliance & Risk Loss Control team as a Compliance and Safety/Risk Associate. This position offers great potential for professional growth within our organization.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Adobe Acrobat Professional
Strong organizational skills, excellent verbal and written communication in English;
Team player with multitasking abilities, capable of effective communication with various departments, branch managers, and drivers across various states;
Successful completion of MS Excel 365 intermediate assessment tests, Remote Worker assessment, and Positive Attitude Profile assessment, with a passing score of 75 or higher. The tests will be provided after the first interview.

COMPENSATION PACKAGE: $1,500 USD Gross / Monthly

HOURS: Monday - Friday, USA (EST) 8:00am – 4:30pm business hours / Romanian hours: 3:00pm – 11:30pm

RESPONSIBILITIES
You will play a crucial role in supporting the Compliance & Risk Loss Control team with the following tasks:

1. Compliance & Recordkeeping
Monitor Department of Transportation’s requirements and FMCSA regulations; (https://www.fmcsa.dot.gov/), process driver vehicle inspection reports, tickets, violations, roadside inspections and audits;
Maintain records related to drug & alcohol programs, driver qualification files, and driver’s motor vehicle abstracts;
Oversee Hours of Service records, time sheets, and logbook.
2. DATABASES
Accurately enter and maintain various databases including those for drivers, tickets, violations, and roadside inspections;
Ensure proper organization and accessibility of records.
3. RISK MANAGEMENT
Monitor and analyse FMCSA portals regarding our companies’ DOT / MC authorizations and ratings.

TRAINING PROVIDED: Upon commencement of employment, individualized online training will be provided to align with the specific role and responsibilities and enhance business skills.
