Company Description:

For our client, the window systems business of a family-owned global industrial group, we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to join the global C&B team in Bucharest.

Main Responsibilities:

• Support the design, analysis and roll-out of global compensation programs: base pay, short- and long-term incentives, fringe benefits;

• Analyze salary structures, pay ranges and wage tables and bring data-driven input for salary grid adjustments;

• Make sure group remuneration standards are applied consistently across regions, together with local and regional HR teams;

• Be the go-to contact for C&B questions from internal stakeholders (standards, processes, timelines, training materials);

• Support job evaluation and manage job administration in the Global Job Catalogue (job architecture project);

• Take part in salary survey submissions, benchmarking and vendor management;

• Prepare C&B reports for internal governance bodies and support HR budget administration with Finance.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration, HR, Economics or a related field;

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Compensation & Benefits / Reward, in a large or multinational organization;

• Practical experience with salary surveys and benchmarking (Mercer or similar methodologies);

• Exposure to C&B processes at least in Romania, ideally in several European countries;

• Solid understanding of pay structures, job evaluation / grading, incentive plans and benefits design;

• Advanced Excel (pivots, lookups, modelling large datasets) and MS Office;

• Fluent English; German or another foreign language - nice to have;

• Analytical, detail-oriented and structured.
