Candidatul Ideal

Desired education, expertise, and skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree;
  • Minimum 2 years experience in human resources;
  • Experience in several human resources areas, as well as knowledge of human resources processes is an advantage;
  • Very good knowledge of work legislation;
  • Proficiency in MS Office;
  • Fluent both in English and Romanian language, with strong presentation skills;
  • Able to produce solutions in order to complete tasks with tight deadlines;
  • In peak moments, hands on contribution in order to complete work in due time;
  • Multitasking, with strong work discipline, being able to switch, at times, between big picture view and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills needed.
  • Advanced ability to manage multiple tasks and be flexible by adjusting priorities.
  • Advanced ability to plan, organize, and drive projects to completion.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, proactive person, to join our Human Resources team, as Compensation & Benefits Specialist.

What you will do:

  • You will prepare, consolidate, analyze, and monitor the personnel expenses and OpEx (operational expenses) budget, aiming to provide accurate information to the company management in the decision-making process amd to the Group.
  • You will monitor the evolution of personnel expenses for the ENGIE Romania Group of companies
  • You will develop and implement competitive and equitable salary structures, based on internal salary analyses to track internal equity, external competitiveness, and alignment with the ENGIE Romania Group's remuneration and motivation strategy for employees.
  • You will conduct market research and salary surveys to ensure the organization's compensation remains competitive within the industry
  • You will design variable pay programs, including sales bonuses and incentives.
  • You will develop and implement optimization measures for managing performance bonus systems.
  • You will conduct simulations to support the decision-making process regarding collective and individual annual salary increases, performance bonuses, in line with the company's remuneration strategy.
  • You will manage employee benefit programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks. Also you will evaluate and recommend changes to benefit plans based on market trends and organizational needs.
  • You will stay informed about labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits and ensure the organization's compliance
  • You will integrate compensation and benefits with performance management systems to align rewards with employee performance.
  • You will educate employees on the value of their total rewards package.
  • You will develop and update compensation and benefits policies in line with organizational goals and industry best practices.
  • You will implement and leverage HRIS (Human Resources Information System) to streamline compensation and benefits processes
  • You will provide internal clients with support in understanding and implementing compensation and benefits policies and the applicable Collective Labor Agreement
  • You will prepare and submit reports requested by ENGIE Romania Group/internal clients regarding the area of ​​activity.
  • You will collect, extract, and process human resources indicators from SAP, perform their quantitative & qualitative analysis, and prepare the final dashboard on human resources indicators.
  • You will submit monthly to the representatives of ENGIE Romania Group the final report on human resources indicators.
  • You will work closely with HR colleagues, finance colleagues and leadership to align compensation and benefits strategies with overall HR and organizational goals.
