- Manage payroll reporting, bonus rules and compensation practices
- Support annual salary reviews and Compensation Committee activities
- Conduct internal/external benchmarks and equity analyses
- Participate in job evaluation and mapping to align roles, responsibilities and pay
Who you are:
- Experienced in Finance, Management Control or Compensation & Benefits
- Analytical, detail-oriented and organized
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Comfortable in an international, evolving environment
- French is a plus; English is mandatory
