Commercial Finance Business Partner

• 3-6 years of experience in commercial / commercial controlling / commercial reporting;
• Experience in the commercial / delivery or transportation field would be a plus;
• Business acumen / capable to quickly learn and understand the business processes;
• Time management skills, with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, consistently meeting deadlines with accurate and detailed results;
• Strong analytical and reasoning ability with attention to accuracy;
• Strong working knowledge of Excel and financial modeling;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential to effectively interact with all stakeholders;
• Quick learner, able to adapt productively to a new environment;
• Proactive, inquisitive, and willing to challenge the Status Quo;

You need to successfully:

• Coordinating and supervising budgeting & reporting activities;
• Consolidate all the initiatives from business and ROI perspective and present to the Commercial Management Team;
• Lead strategic projects (business impact for new projects);
• Prepare the Monthly Business Review with Risks & Ops initiatives;
• Prepare Forecast (Annually, Monthly, Daily), review the budget as well as doing monthly comparisons;
• Developing business cases and analyzing together with the business the proposals;
• Coordinate with Sales Teams to determine pricing exceptions for existing customers;
• Determine pricing offer for new clients based on customer personas and templates;
• Analyze past results, perform variance analysis, identify trends, create financial models for decision support and recommend actions for optimization;
• Creation of ad-hoc related analysis;
• Ensuring continuous process improvement and efficiency increase.
