Client advisor with English & French - Brasov

• Good English&French skills.
• Detail oriented.
• Available to work afternoon and night shifts.
• Work experience in customer support will be considered an advantage but it's not mandatory as we provide necessary training.
• Communication and negotiation skills.

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Understand the customer's needs and assist with general inquiries, product support and troubleshooting via phone.
• Communicating with customers via phone.
• Keeping record of customer interactions,comments and complaints.
