We are looking for an experienced professional to fulfill the Chief accountant ARES entities role in our team.
Chief accountant ARES entities will be accountable for accurate and timely financial statutory reporting and maintenance of a set of controls designed to mitigate risk and enhance the accuracy of the company's reported financial results .
Chief accountant ARES entities reports directly to the CFO and coordinate the statutory reporting activities of 5 ARES legal entities (small and medium level entities)
Let's meet if you have these skills:
●Relevant university degree ( accounting);
●Minimum 5+ years of experience in accounting, with at 2+ years spent in a coordintationrole (previous experience in medical services, other services field would be an advantage);
●CECCAR qualification is required;
●Good understanding of statutory controls and a good understanding of the tax compliance part;
●Previouse experince as accountant consultant represent an advantage;
●Previous experience with new ERP implementations is considered a plus;
●Previous experience as user of Saga software is considered a plus( intermediary software used before migrating to an ERP application );
●MS Office advanced abilities (Excel and large databases) ;
●Exposure to independent preparation of statutory financial statements and relation with auditors ;
●Medium English (both written and spoken);
●Team player, with very good interpersonal and communication skills.

●Manage the monthly statutory closing process and prepare the statutory trial balances and financial statements;
●Coordinate the collection and posting of primary documents ; responsable for direct posting of accounting notes for closing and some complex accounting notes ;
●Prepare monthly statutory balance sheet reconciliation and overview of accounts balances;
●Prepare monthly tax overview reports for external provider in-charge with tax compliance; maintain relation with the tax provider and provide support and written rules to be followed by internal team;
●Works closely with Controlling team to assure accurate cost allocation ;
●Coordinate the statutory audit process at entity and group level ;
●Coordinate an internal team of 3 people ( 2 locale, 1 at distance) involved in posting documents ; train and creare working insturctions for people coordinated.
●Perform additional analysis of data, presentations as required by controlling manager or CFO;
