Your profile:

• Fluency in spoken and written in English;
• At least Master degree in Management, Business, Economics or Finance;
• Two years minimum of professional experience in an international company;
• Very advanced Excel skills;
• Experience in a Call Center is COMPULSORY;
• Knowledge of Italian or Spanish will also be considered as an advantage.

CallPoint in Romania has a Call Center which occupies a 500 sq. m office in the center of Bucharest with 150 agent positions capcity.
