•Minimum 3 months experience in working with customers would be an advantage;
•PC skills (Microsoft Office);
•English language (medium level);
•Excellent communication skills;

•To communicate with all customers in order to provide general information (tariffs, services, cover, distribution network, etc.) or detailed information (value of the invoice, invoice issue date, due date, PUK, etc.) in accordance with customer’s request;
•To make sure that the information provided to customers is correct;
•To receive, register and process customer’s requests and complaints in accordance with the specific working instructions.
