Business Communication Internship

As part of the supply chain team, the Business Communication intern is responsible for assisting in various communication-related tasks to support the organization's internal communication efforts. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with organizational goals.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Supporting the development and execution of internal communication strategies to ensure effective communication across the organization;
* Assisting in drafting and editing internal communications;
* Coordinating logistics for internal meetings, workshops, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and post-event follow-up;
* Conducting research on communication standard methodologies, emerging trends, and industry benchmarks to support continuous improvement in communication;
* Providing administrative support, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and responding to inquiries;
* Contributing creative ideas and innovative solutions to improve the overall effectiveness and impact of the organization's communication efforts.

For This Role, You Will Need:
* High school diploma;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely;
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment;
* Ability to think critically and creatively to resolve issues;
* Good level of English - written and spoken.

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
* Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program (communication or marketing);
* Previous internship experience in communication, marketing or related fields is a plus;
* Knowledge of German or any other European language is an advantage;
* Familiarity with communication tools and platforms;
* Desire to be proactive and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
