- Professional experience in ERP application support, functional management, software development, or application architecture
- Proven ability to analyze and resolve incidents, errors, and business user requests
- Good understanding of core ERP business processes (e.g., Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory, or Supply Chain)
- Hands-on experience working with databases (SQL), reporting tools (Power BI), or data integrations
- Experience collaborating with business users, internal IT teams, and external software vendors
- Experience with testing, system releases, and application change management
- A structured, proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- Fluent English (written and spoken) for daily collaboration with international teams
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or 4PS Construct) is preferred, alongside a strong background in general ERP processes and application management.
