C1 level of English (both written & spoken);
Proficiency in analytical tools: Excel and Excel VBA;
Analyst experience (pricing, workforce management or similar);
BPO or contact center experience would be a plus;
Excellent communication and presentation skills;
Advanced level of Microsoft Office applications;
Attention to details;
You will develop and maintain pricing tools and profitability models for B2B services and software within the BPO industry;
You will confer with sales, marketing, and operations teams to develop commercial proposals for prospects and existing clients;
You will be responsible for tracking market values and trends, as well as for establishing, maintaining and analyzing price reference documentation to discover key market and pricing information;
You will prepare recommendations based on analysis and present them to other business units (finance, supply chain, sales and marketing) to help them make pricing decisions;
You will participate in negotiations with potential and existing clients;
