Must have
Fluent in German (C1 level) – both spoken and written.
Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking on the phone.
Organizational skills and the ability to manage schedules effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; experience with CRM tools is a plus.
Customer orientation, ability to understand customer needs.
Ability to follow procedures.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Nice to have
Previous telesales, telemarketing, or customer service experience is a plus.
Previous experience with HubSpot CRM.
Basic English knowledge.

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative with German to join our team. In this role, your main focus will be on contacting potential clients by phone and scheduling meetings with our senior consultants.

Contact potential clients via phone .
Introduce the agency’s services briefly and set up appointments with decision-makers.
Answering questions about products or the company.
Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and scheduled meetings in CRM.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a smooth handover to senior consultants.
Achieve and exceed monthly targets for scheduled meetings.
Working hours: 9:00-18:00, M-F.
