Renault Group Romania is looking for a Brand Image Research Responsible to join its Customer Market Intelligence Team in Bucharest, who will analyze, validate, synthesize and communicate surveys results for all Renault group collaborators from a global perspective.

Desirable skills and experience of the candidate:

•University degree in Sociology, Marketing, Statistics, Economy, Engineering
•Experience with quantitative and qualitative market researches
•Minimum 4 years experience in Market Intelligence, Product, Marketing, Quality, Engineering
•Advanced English Skills, French is a plus
•Intellectual curiosity, analysis, synthesis, correlations
•Communication, open mindness, easy working with others

The successful candidate has also:

•Curiosity to find insights in data
•Sense of services and cooperation (lots of internal requests at all levels and different departments)
•High knowledge about the automotive market
•Organized, analytical and reflective mind-set
•Customer oriented attitude, reactivity and accuracy
•High numerical ability and attention to detail
•Ability to plan and work without close supervision
•Talent for visualizing data and presenting it in a compelling way
•Discipline to deliver under strict guidelines and to respect the deadlines
•Good communication skills, able to build professional relationships with clients from different countries, management and team members

Your area of responsibility:

• Analyze systematically the results of ABT (Alliance Brand Tracking) survey; for each wave: checks the data reliability, identifies specific issues, alerts in case of unusual evolutions

• Follow and understand the evolutions of the models and brands images according to the ABT results

• Identify wrong data, significant evolutions and looks for explanations

• Interact with the region responsible to obtain additional information in order to offer to the internal clients a detailed image on the ABT results

• Ensure the interface with the CMIC (Customer and Marketing Intelligence Center) team for the realization of the standard reports

• Elaborate analysis and synthesis, based on the client needs

• Diffuse the reports and synthesis to the internal clients

• Offer support to internal clients in order to better understand the results of the survey

• Come with recommendations to improve the internal working process
