Descrierea jobului
- Coordonezi activitatea de achizitie si dezvoltare a portofoliului de clienti pentru toate segmentele de clientela (SME, clienti persoane fizice);
- Propui cele mai bune structurari de produse si servicii bancare pentru dosarele clientilor, in conformitate cu profilul clientilor si politica de risc a bancii;
- Te asiguri de atingerea bugetului alocat, coordonand toate resursele disponibile la nivelul agentiei;
- Coordonezi la nivelul agentiei structurarea propunerilor de credit;
- Asiguri gestionarea adecvata a activitatii operationale la nivelul agentiei, precum si prevenirea riscului operational;
- Asiguri managementul si dezvoltarea resurselor umane de la nivelul agentiei patcipand la recrutarea si selectia personalului din agentie;
- Propui programe de training si dezvoltare profesionala in functie de nevoile individuale ale angajatilor.
