Are you detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in billing or finance operations? We are looking for a Billing Specialist to join our team in Bucharest!

What will you do?

• Analyse contracts, identify billing milestones, and prepare billing schedules.

• Manage the invoicing process, ensuring accuracy and timely invoice issuance.

• Verify billing documentation and ensure all supporting documents are complete.

• Collaborate with internal departments to obtain the necessary documentation for invoicing.

• Monitor billing processes and revenue recognition activities.

• Follow up on invoice sending and signing and support AR reconciliation activities.

• Contribute to process improvements, e-invoicing projects, and system testing.

• Prepare periodic reports and support business analysis activities.

What are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.

• At least 1 year of experience in Finance/Accounting (Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, or similar).

• Minimum 2 years of overall professional experience.

• Advanced English skills, both written and spoken.

• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
