We're in search of a meticulous Billing Data Process Specialist to join our team. Your primary mission? Analysing and refining our billing processes to ensure they operate with utmost efficiency and accuracy. We're seeking a candidate with sharp analytical skills, a deep understanding of end-to-end processes, and the ability to simplify complex landscapes. Your focus will be on enhancing data flows before they enter our billing system, guaranteeing flawless data accuracy within our CRM.

- Analyse and optimize existing billing processes, aiming to streamline operations and minimize errors;
- Identify process issues and bottlenecks and develop viable solution;
- Work closely with IT and Operational Departments to ensure the correct transfer of data through interfaces;
- Develop and implement best practices and standards for process design and documentation;
- Conduct process audits and reviews to monitor compliance with guidelines and the effectiveness of process improvements;
- Train and advise team members on process optimization and best practices.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in process management, preferably with a focus on billing processes or in the E-Mobility industry.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to understand and optimize complex processes.
- Experience with billing systems such as Business One, SAP ERP, Oracle Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics is a significant plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with proficiency in English; knowledge of German is a plus.
