Candidatul Ideal
You have minimum 3-year experience in a Data Analyst role/similar position.
You have graduated from a bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following domains: finance, economics, mathematics, statistics or another related field.
You have proved:
− Problem solving via innovation
− Strong analytical skills and synthetic view
− High attention to details
− Ability to influence and maintain convictions
− Can-do attitude and results-driven
− Excellent planning and time management/prioritization skills
− Strong communications skills
− Excel proficiency, CRM/SFA knowledge, VBA
− Basic to medium knowledge of SQL querying
− Basic to medium knowledge of PowerBI
Languages required: Romanian & English.

He/she will:
− Provides Top Management and other internal clients with information collected in advance from the analysis of data from operational and financial activity
− Ensure data quality and accuracy
− Perform ad-hoc analysis regarding topics raised by stakeholders
− Prepare reports that effectively communicate trends, patterns and predictions
− Drive reporting automation and have a strong presence in future business intelligence implementations
− Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
− Identify opportunities or potential risks to the business
− Work closely with other departments such as sales, merchants, marketing, operations, to understand business and operational needs in order to conduct proper analysis/research
− Be proactive in suggesting improvement to business intelligence topics and increasing efficiency of department
Conduct complex analysis and forecasts with regards to current and potential business
