Medical Confidence is looking for the ideal candidate to complement our team as a Research Agent! The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative experience in a medical or health-care setting, loves the knowledge they will gain investigating, assessing and organizing Medical and Healthcare professionals and/or resources for that Client’s specific needs.

Exceptional French and English communication skills, both verbal and written;
Clear understanding of medical conditions and indications is a plus;
Working knowledge of medical and research terminology preferred;
Ability to maintain strict confidence as required when interacting with stakeholders;
Must demonstrate proficiency in using computers, Microsoft office and PDF;
Flexibility and willingness to improve and bring more to the team and organization;
The ability to think outside the box;
- Roles and Responsibilities
- Conducts research, using a multitude of different resources, including, web, phone and independent networking;
- Organizes, maintains and updates collection of findings and materials;
- Preparation of Specialist biographies and summaries;
- Provides backup support for other members of the research administrative support team when required;
- Attends and actively participates in daily team meetings;
- Other duties as assigned.
This is a Full-Time position. Monday to Friday – 3:00 pm to 12:00 am work from home position.
This job operates in a work from home environment and occasional onsite meetings.
