Candidatul Ideal
- Advanced level of Italian (written and spoken).
- Previous experience in a back office, administrative, or financial support role is a plus.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (basic formulas, tables, filters).
- Experience with SAP or other ERP/CRM systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Provide administrative and back-office support to other departments when required.

- Process and verify customer invoices in accordance with internal procedures.
- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in ERP/CRM systems (e.g. SAP or similar platforms).
- Validate invoice details such as customer information, amounts, VAT, and due dates.
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams and customers (in Italian).
- Use Microsoft Excel for reporting, data reconciliation, and invoice tracking.
- Ensure deadlines and quality standards are consistently met.
- Archive documents and maintain accurate records.
