Candidatul Ideal

Minimum 2 years experience in order processing, secretary or assistant role with background in back office of sales area
Very well organized and good time management
Effective team player and communicator
Ability to adapt to multicultural working environment
Positive and proactive attitude, dynamic, committed, hands-on mentality, independent
Ability to work under pressure and handle stress
Good English skills are mandatory (written & speaking); German language is a plus
Proficiency in MS office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Experience with the ERP software MS Dynamics NAV is a plus

To support the sales team by processing quotes, orders, delivery notes, invoices etc.
To manage processing documents as orders, offers etc.
To research in the market and gather materials, assemble reports, maintain and retrieve database information
To assist with delivery papers and other documents
To setup and coordinate meetings and support staff in assigned project based work
To perform general clerical duties: including photocopying, faxing, emailing, reviewing and editing of documents, filling and record keeping
