Back Office Agent with English

We are building our Request processing team here in Bucharest, so if you are up for the challenge and want to be among the other back-office agents helping us grow our business, then this is the right time to join.
You will work in a full – time position (8h lunch break included), on rotating shifts (24/7) including Morning, Evening, Night and we are looking for our next colleagues that is possessing the following skills:

Fluent level of English
High attention to details
High level of responsibility and ability to multitask
Analytical skills
Advance computer and excel skills
Ability to solve problems and take decisions
High resistance to stress
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or any technical studies.

Your future responsibilities will be:
Completing customers financial requests
Managing company's internal payments
Analyzing and resolve incidences
Collaborating with cross-functional departments
Aligning with the internal processes
Mentoring of recently on-boarded team members
Participating in the development of internal guidelines and toolkits
Providing direct support on audit, control and reconciliation
