The primary role of the B2B Account Manager is to help us build and maintain a world-class support service for our Business customers. This client-facing role is key in helping us nurture and grow our corporate relationships so more users can enjoy our products and services at work.

The responsibilities of the B2B Account Manager will include:

  • Be responsible for the onboarding of new clients and ensure their first experience with our Business is flawless
  • Assist our Corporate Clients with any Account related queries, educating them on how to use our products and services along the way
  • Be the voice of our Business for our SMB portfolio, by building trust with corporate clients through friendly and professional communication when they get in touch with our Corporate Service Centre
  • Be the reference for client escalations, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and making sure tickets are resolved to a high standard
  • Assist Corporate Account Managers with bespoke tasks such as weekly reports on Excel, auditing data for Key Accounts, inputting data into the Corporate Admin Portal and more.

REQUIREMENTS

As the team will be looking after Corporate Accounts, the ideal candidate is organised, friendly and has a strong sense of customer service, whilst understanding the corporate world. This position would be suited to someone enthusiastic about securing a client-facing role with a variety of different tasks to do each day. We need our B2B Account Manager to display a level of good judgement as corporate client escalations can be different in tone and asks to those on the consumer side. This role is for you if you:
  • Have a C1 Level of written & spoken French and B2 level of English
  • Up to 2 years experience in Junior Account Management, B2B, L2 Customer Service or similar experience
  • Are passionate about providing the best service to our corporate clients
  • Are comfortable using basic Excel
  • Can think on your feet to come up with the right solution for the customer within the parameters of your training
  • Want to be part of a new and exciting team
