Role Goal
•Manage and maintenance of the automation system in order to improve the efficiency of the system and solved automation and electrical problem in the production system
•Define modifications to existing systems in order to increase their safety indexes and production performance
•In compliance with the Group's guidelines, manage one's role by always placing Safety and the Environment among the essential priorities.
Key Responsibilties
• In collaboration with the manager, defines the automation and electrical interventions relating to the installation of new machines or the modernization of existing machines, guaranteeing their implementation
• Analyses and proposes new technologies together with your manager
• Defines with his manager, with the safety office and with the technical office the interventions to be implemented to make workstations and workplaces increasingly safer
• Ensures compliance with environmental parameters in plant functionality
• Collaborates with the safety manager, electrical manager, mechanical manager, and production people
• Plans the installation of the new machines, in agreement with his manager and with the maintenance managers. Relates with the relevant site managers of the external companies for the coordination of the works
Ideal Profile
Degree in Engineering
Previous experience on a similar role
PLC and Rs Logix 5000 programming language - Factory Talk View - SIMATIC Manager STEP 7 - WinCC - Tia Portal HMI system, SCADA and source language (C#, VB, SQL, ....) - nice to have
Office suite
English language - medium
